Peace by Kate is a bag of all the modalities that I have learned that I now share in gathering with my community. I lovingly guide my students home to themselves through the art of sound, breathwork, yoga, reiki and guided meditation.
Back to their hearts, back to their breath, and back to the present moment.
My peace work is about empowering my students and community in teaching how to reconnect with our human nature and downregulate our autonomous nervous system. To shift us out of our fight-or-flight responses and into our rest-and-digest response. This is now more important than ever in a system that is designed for burnout and disconnection.
This work is especially important to me in holding space for my community so that we can come together as neighbors and find solutions for the problems that we collectively face in our rapidly changing world today.
